Kurzbeschreibung
Development of a new generation of micro-pellet stove technology, which distinguishes itself from present products by low investment costs, a significantly reduced nominal heating capacity of 1 to 4 kWth, significantly reduced emissions during constant and transient operation phases and a reduced sensitivity towards changing wood pellet qualities. With this new technology a significantly improved position in the competition with fossil fuel fired boilers and heat pumps shall be achieved. Development of a new advanced control concept based on latest sensor technology. A new concept for combustion air supply and air staging control. The control concept shall be based on combined furnace temperature, O2 and CO/HC measurements (HC = unburned hydrocarbons). Self-calibrating gas sensors shall therefore be developed.
